By accessing and operating within the DMTlinks dashboard (the Service), you accept and agree to be legally bound by the terms and provisions of this overarching agreement. If you do not formally agree to abide by these operating terms, you are restricted from utilizing the service infrastructure.
You alone are completely responsible for any pipeline activity that triggers through your authenticated account. You expressly agree that you will not sell, transfer, license, or artificially manipulate your active connections, referral tokens, or underlying account variables. You pledge to maintain the absolute security of your tracking assets and Magic Login tokens.
The DMTlinks application provisions server architecture to mathematically facilitate tracking data between members of a verified network. Any active "Agreements" or "Handshakes" logged within the database strictly represent honor-bound peer-to-peer agreements between autonomous parties. DMTlinks operates strictly as tracking infrastructure and holds absolutely zero liability for delayed bounty payments, disputed referral credentials, or broken contract obligations.
The overarching administrative entity controls the exact right to dynamically modify, patch, or temporarily pause the DMTlinks ecosystem parameters for security or structural upgrades without explicit prior warning.
These structural operating definitions shall be strictly interpreted in accordance with corporate data tracking law and the applicable local regional jurisdiction of the hosting center.
